**For any UJS members that want to attend via Zoom. In 2025, Kelli Lardy contacted Beth
Urban for further clarification on this issue. Beth’s response was: “We do require in person for
the fall conference paid for by UJS. However, we don’t have any specific requirements for the
summer conference, and it is up to each appointing authority what they will allow and require.
Each court reporter should visit with their respective Circuit Administrator regarding the
expectation.”
